1. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use MobSeen.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to MobSeen, including photos, videos, and text. By posting content, you grant MobSeen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You must have the right to share any content you upload. Do not post content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Post illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity
• Upload spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to access accounts or data that is not yours
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

4. Scene and Series Rules

Scene and series creators may establish additional rules for their communities. By joining a scene or series, you agree to follow the rules set by its creator. Creators may revoke your membership if you violate their rules, with a 14-day grace period before your content is removed.

5. Privacy

MobSeen collects information necessary to operate the service, including your account details, content you upload, and usage data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your content visibility is controlled by the accessibility settings of the scenes and series you participate in.

6. Content Moderation

MobSeen reserves the right to remove content that violates this agreement or that we determine to be harmful. Scene and series creators can moderate content within their communities, including approving, rejecting, hiding, or flagging contributions.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleted accounts enter a 14-day grace period during which you can reactivate by logging back in. After 14 days, your account and all associated content will be permanently deleted.

MobSeen may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

MobSeen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or content. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the platform. Continued use of MobSeen after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
